The Healing Arts: Exploring Heart-Consciousness, Part 2; You Can Remember It

April 26th, 2008 by elianoraosterhout

By Russ Reina In the last installment I presented just a few examples of knowledge that science has gained that indicates the heart is not only a pumping organ, but also a center for the assimilation of information. These few were chosen to allow a mental picture to help bridge the gap between concept and experience. Im well aware of the dangers of leaping to conclusions based on just a few facts. Were not allusions to heart-consciousness so much a part of all cultures, however, this information would not have the implications it does. But when you tally the list of people from all walks of life throughout all ages who have spoken about working with this seat of consciousness, and then learn that there is empirical evidence to support that your heart also conducts brain-like activity, the only thing left to do is to test it against your own experience. Spend a little time with the concepts that have been presented here. Now, find a place to relax and think/feel back to times when, instead of experiencing the moment as if looking through the windows of your eyes, you felt the seat of your consciousness to be in your chest. Can you recall times when, instead of logically working through the steps of A + B E x F = G, you simply knew (some people express it as in your gut) what direction to head, thing to do, emotion to express or answer to declare? Most of us dont have to think back any further than the last time we were in love. Do you recall how tuned-in you felt to the other person? Was this based on a linear thought process, or embrace a sequence of events that rapidly moved from sensing to feeling to interpreting to acting with hardly a moment or worry in the interim? Can you recall moments when moving in synch with that special other meant such clichs as reading her like a book, and anticipating his every need? Of course, we all know it can go deeper than this. For example, connection as a force has no spatial or time limitations. I recall a number of times when my mother, in the midst of, usually something to do with the kitchen and dinner now that I think of it, would clutch her chest and, exclaiming something like I need to call Anne! (her sister), pick up the phone only to hear Annes voice rather than a dial tone. Perhaps a more effective memory jog would be to go to a time after you spent, for example, a rapturous weekend with a lover. To what degree did you actually, consciously have to move away from that guiding feeling in your chest and, literally, back in to your brain? What did the transition back into your brain-consciousness feel like in your relation to the world? Another way of saying this is, metaphorically, how many times did you find you stopping yourself from hugging someone at the water cooler because you thought better of it? Lets go back a little further to when you were discovering this world for the first time, as a child. Can you recall, not the experience of wonder but being a part of that wonder? Can you recall a time when everything was speaking to you (and you did not hold back answering!)? Unfortunately, some of us have to go back further than others to re-connect with this way of being. Most of us, in fact, were socialized at a very early age to distrust our heartfelt impressions, disregard the things we knew in favor of things we could prove, and control our unbridled emotions rather than express ourselves as was appropriate and then move on to new realizations. Ironically enough, memories that often stand out are those where, amidst living the experience of being totally connected with the moment, there is a form of rebuke from an adult, basically communicating something like, Get down to Earth! And we do. We do get down to Earth quite quickly because the dominant culture teaches us what is acceptable and what is not. Those that dont learn these ways (and there will be more on this) are most often ostracized and punished. The reason I bring all this up is that Im here to re-mind you that at one time this way of looking at the world lived inside you, so it must be there at all times, especially now. For now, all I ask is that you allow the possibility that you have more than one center of consciousness in your body, that you are capable of accessing it again, and that you can strengthen your ability to apply it to, yes, even this practical world! The seed that Im hoping to plant is that you simply become curious about relating to the world through the consciousness of your heart and become willing to exercise the muscles that you have that help you use it along with your brain. In the next installment, Ill be talking about heart-consciousness and the indigenous way of being. Medical Conditions That Inhibit Weight Loss

April 25th, 2008 by elianoraosterhout

By Steven Rook Weight loss can be a difficult goal to achieve. Some inhibitors include poor planning, low motivation, and lack of knowledge. These can be over come easily. Other conditions may be a bit more difficult to compete with. Pain Pain can inhibit your ability to excersize either a little or it can inhibit it completely. If you plan on exercising and are experiencing pain, use a little common sense: If it hurts to do it, don’t do it. Sometimes your pain can be a symptom of years of inactivity and starting slow and easy is preferred. In other cases you may want to consult a physical therepist. Thyroid This will require that you see a doctor and get the proper medications. Low thyroid or underactive thyroid will cause a low metabolism. Most of us are aware that the metabolism dictates how much energy your body burns. A doctor can work with you and help you find the exact amount of medication required to balance your thyroid activity. Some exercises can help balance your thyroid. Consult a physical therapist for help with the exercises. Diabetes Unfortunately diabetes and overweight conditions go hand in hand. Most people who have diabetes are overweight and need to monitor their blood-sugar levels. If insulin levels are too high it will promote weight gain. It is highly recommended you work with your doctor closely when using insulin to regulate blood-sugar levels. If you use diet and exercise to control your blood-sugar levels you will achieve your goals more readily. Prescriptions If you are having trouble reaching your weight loss goals, it may be attributable to the Prescription Medications you are taking. Some medications that contain steroids will cause you to gain some weight. Other medications like anti-seizure drugs and psychotropic drugs may also inhibit your weight loss efforts. Work with your doctor to find a medication that will do the job needed without obstructing your weight loss goals. Steven Rook writes for MylivingRx.com as well as other sites. Feng Shui In the Garden

April 22nd, 2008 by elianoraosterhout

By Abby Straus Spring is finally here, thanks be, and its time to get outside and enjoy the sun and the greenery. Whether you live in a tiny apartment or on a sprawling estate, incorporating Feng Shui into your garden can enliven your experience, helping you bring a deeper level of joy and peace into your life. Feng Shui (pronounced fung shway) is the practice of bringing our lives into harmonious relationship with our surroundings. A great way to get started is to create living spaces that reflect back to you the qualities you would like to have in your life. These spaces act as physical, living affirmations of who you want to be and how you want to live. The garden is a wonderful place to do this, because it represents a deep, instinctive connection to the Earth and all of Nature. No matter how technological our lives have become, a part of us still yearns to be connected to the Source. Those of you without a green thumb, dont panic! There are many kinds of gardens. There are Zen gardens of stone and bamboo, water gardens (an aquarium counts), patios with pots of plants, window boxes, vegetable gardens, flower gardens… the list goes on and on. The point is that theres a garden for everyone, the possibilities confined only by the limits of your imagination. Whatever kind of garden you choose, here are some basic Feng Shui principles to get you started on the right track this year: Number one, the Prime Directive: Live with what you love. Make a list of all the things youd like to have in your gardennot just the things you know you can affordeverything! Now go back and look over the list and see what qualities these things represent. How do they speak to you? How will these things elevate your existence? Perhaps, in real life, you cant have the fabulous, eight-foot tall, hand carved statue of Kuan Yin you saw the other day, but theres surely a way to incorporate the energy of the statue. Maybe its the large scale, or the smoothness of the stone coupled with the Goddess energy. Now, how can you bring that into your own garden? Do you live in an apartment and long for the ocean? Try gathering some sea stones, sand and shells, and arrange them around a fountain. If you have a sunny window nearby, you can buy a beach rose (rosa rugosa) and put it in a beautiful pot to round out the scene. In Feng Shui, we use the five elements to represent the different aspects of life. Wherever all five occur simultaneously, there is a sense of completion, unity and power. Try incorporating all the elements into your garden: Element: WaterRepresents: Reflection, Introspection, Flow, Soul PurposeUse: Water itself, glass, crystal, mirrors, dark colors, asymmetrical shapes, northerly direction, the tortoise. Element: WoodRepresents: Creativity, Strength, Growth, Health & FamilyUse: All plants and flowers (including dried and silk), greens and blues, items made of wood, columnar shapes, easterly direction, the dragon. Element: FireRepresents: Inspiration, Joy, Emotion, Fame & Reputation, AbundanceUse: A fireplace, reds and red tones, lighting, candles, images of animas, things made of animals (bones, feathers, etc.), triangle, pyramid, cone, southerly direction, the phoenix. Element: EarthRepresents: Center, Solidity, Receptivity, NurturingUse: Soil, brick, ceramics, tile, stucco, yellows and earthtones, square and rectangular shapes, the center, Element: MetalRepresents: Communication, Heaven, Helpful People & TravelUse: All metals, rock and stone, natural crystals, white and pastels, arches, circles, ovals, westerly direction, the tiger. As you can see, you have lots of choices and room for creativity. Again, choose what you find pleasing. In Feng Shui, we understand that energy flows most harmoniously around smooth and curving shapes. Wherever possible, avoid sharp corners on walls, flower beds, etc. Dont worry if youve just finished building neatly squared-off beds or walls. You can cut the points off of the corners, or place round pots of flowers where the points meet your most frequent path of movement. Soft, flowing greenery can be planted to mitigate pointiness as well. When do you have the most time to enjoy your garden? Is it early morning or in the evening after work? If you have the most time after dark, why not install some low voltage lighting and make a magical night garden where you can relax with candles and night-scented flowers? Do you enjoy traditional gardening: weeding, pruning, deadheading flowers? If you do, go for it. If not, be sure to use plants that are low maintenance and choose perennials over annuals. Perhaps you should consider ground covers instead of a big lawn. The one big NO in the garden is guilt. So create something thats compatible with your personality. Your garden can and should be a sanctuary, a place to revitalize your body, your mind and your spirit. One of the basic tenets of Feng Shui is that everything is constantly changing. If you have a garden that you see from inside your home, think about planning it for winter as well as summer beauty. Many plants are just as lovely without leaves as with them. Statuary and sculpture change their look as the backdrop of the garden changes, and evergreens remind us that life still exists, even in deepest February. Another thing to remember is that you are constantly changing as well. What thrilled you in your garden last year may not work at all for you this spring. Go ahead, move things around, trade plants with your friends, shake it up! Youre growing, youre moving forward. And every year you have a fresh opportunity to see your beauty, your strength and your magnificence reflected back to you in your garden. Prom Hairstyle Guide

April 20th, 2008 by elianoraosterhout

By Sarah Freeland If you are looking for the perfect prom hairstyle then you will want to start by looking at what is trendy this prom season. For the 2007 prom season think retro. Look back at styles from the 20s, 60s, 70s and 80s for inspiration. Consider the page boy, the shag or a pixie cut. Create formal looks from these styles by adding sparkly hair accessories like beaded headdresses, fancy headbands, beaded or bejeweled barrettes, or flowers. If you have medium length hair then you can select from longer versions of popular short haircuts, or you can use curls and waves to create a trendy look. With medium length hair you can select from hairstyles that are down and loose, or from styles that are up-does. Create formal looks for medium length haircuts by adding great hair accessories. Or if you are looking for an edgier look try adding spray color and gel. While 2007 hairstyle trends are focused on short hairstyles, long is still in. If you have long hair then your prom hairstyle should try to include long spiral curls or soft waves. Long hair can be worn up, however, the trend for long hair is to wear it down and soft. Create a more formal look by adding flowers and bejeweled hair clips. If you will be going to a hair salon to get your hair styled for the prom make sure that you arrive at your appointment with several ideas. While it is okay to have a main hairstyle in mind when you arrive at your hairstyling appointment, it is a good idea to have one or two backups just in case the first style doesnt work out. A good way to avoid hairstyle disasters at the eleventh hour, take advantage of free hairstyle consultations offered by most professional hairstylists. Side Effects Of Anti Anxiety Drugs

April 19th, 2008 by elianoraosterhout

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Peter_Nagy] Peter Nagy For anyone suffering from anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety attacks and other similar mental disorders, the desire to find some relief is very important. However there are many different drugs that are available in the market today and finding one that works for you can be a bit daunting. The best way to find the right anti anxiety drugs for you is to talk with your doctor and find a treatment that will alleviate your problems. If you’re interested, the medical reasoning behind anti anxiety drugs shows they have certain chemicals within them that produce a calming and relaxing effect on the patient. There are however some side effects from these drugs and it’s therefore best to consult with your medical practitioner before you begin a course of treatment with any anti anxiety meds. The traditional way to treat anxiety used to be with anxiolytics, which were anti anxiety agents. Today while these anxiety drugs are still used there are other methods that are also used. For many people however, treating their excessive anxiety with anti anxiety drugs is the most proven way of reducing their symptoms and allowing them to lead normal lives. The most popular anxiolytics today is Benzodiazepines. Others like Alprazolam (Xanax) and Lorazepam (Ativan) are also used. Valium (Diazepam) is still widely used to treat the symptoms of anxiety; however its active agent desmethyldiazepam, makes the choice of Valium a dubious relief format. Other types of anxiety medications are serotonin specific reuptake inhibitors or SSRIs. The brand names that are given include Citalopram, Fluoxetine, Fluvoxamine and others. These SSRIs have milder forms of side effects than that of the usual anti anxiety drugs, and there is also less chance of becoming dependent upon these drugs. The main drawback to SSRIs is that you must take them continuously for up to three to five weeks before any sign of improvement begins to show. While there are known and reported side effects from the continued use of Benzodiazepines and Buspirones, people suffering from milder complaints can use these anti anxiety drugs without becoming overly addicted to them. Benzodiazepines can be given at least 30 to 60 minutes before a person suffering from anxiety is exposed to any stressful situations. Buspirones take at least 2 to 3 weeks before an improvement can be seen. You should also be aware of the side effects that some of these anti anxiety drugs can have on you, especially if you suffer from certain medical conditions or suffer from allergic reactions to certain drugs, or are pregnant or trying to get pregnant or you’re a breast feeding mother. As with all drugs and treatments you should always consult with your doctor prior to taking any medication. It is hopeful that talking with your doctor will provide you with the information necessary to help reduce and cure your anxiety successfully. Peter Nagy was able to beat his anxiety and now dedicates much of his time researching alternative/natural ways to be healthy. Using Plants To Make Us Happier

April 16th, 2008 by elianoraosterhout

By Justin Brown If we fill our time taking care of plants we can get rid of stress, it is a scientifically proved thing. Taking care of our green friends (the ones with leaves not Aliens!) we will discover new hidden sides of our personality and will get to know better how to love and care for others, firstly because a plant that we wont care for will die for sure. Accepting a plant we are assuming a new responsibility, we are adopting a breathing being. This way, we learn just what it means to pay attention to those around you. We have to concentrate over needs that are exterior to our ego. We become aware of the needs of another being: we know how much water the plant needs, how much light it gets, the intervals it needs to receive water again, and slowly we will transfer these cares and abilities in our social relations. We become more and more aware of others. Visual contact with a beautiful plant makes us realize our own beauty. Studies show more and more that taking care of plants can be the most efficient method to improve our physical and emotional general condition. They have a serene effect, they can reduce stress and relax muscles and therefore improve the mood people taking care of them are in. Different studies have demonstrated that the existence of plants reduce mental exhaustion. When we are overwhelmed with work, we just have to look up for a couple of minutes to a plant and well instantly feel more relaxed. In conclusion, plants fascinate and attract people, they break boredom and monotony generated by forced attention. The oxygen generated by plants creates a feeling of mental agility. Some big plants placed in the right spot will help us insolate ourselves from annoying surrounding noises. The technique is the same as the one of hanging paintings in an empty room to minimize the echo effects. The thick leaves will absorb a part of the noises, including the sound of the phone, printer, coffee maker or any other noise, making these sounds a little bit friendlier. Non Products Exist in this World

April 14th, 2008 by elianoraosterhout

By Arvind Kumar Both the market and the distributive channel are often more crucial than the product. Products are within the business as the accountants define it. They are within its legal boundaries. Economically the other two areas are as much part of business.- Peter Drucker, Managing for Results. According to Peter Drucker product actually does not exist at all, economically speaking, except within a market, bought by a customer for an end-use, and brought to him through a distributive channel. Markets as well as distributive channel do exist, however, independently of any one product. They are primary, the product is secondary. Product management is a subsection of management. But market and distributive channel exists outside of management control. They are the most crucial and along with that most difficult part of business to understand and dominate. A product needs to find its niche market. And to reach this niche market, it needs a niche distributive channel. The whole supply chain should be friction free for smooth functioning of product profitability. According to Nirmalya Kumar, marketing consultant, brand owner of yesterday world are still thinking themselves an emperor. But in reality they are barely standing in nude. Distributive channels, Wal-Mart, Tesco, Aldi, etc, have found their place in the sun. Market logic is very simple. These retailers use to act as a link between customer and the product manufacturer. But sooner than never, this distributive channel recognized their power. They are lot efficient than the product brand owner. They know their customer much better than brand owners. So they can mould their strategy in a very swift speed. Apart from that manufacturer use to made their product for in east in China, Indonesia etc. This global supply chain has shown a remarkable efficiency in last decade of 20th century. All the best brands on 20th century use to get their product manufacturer in low labour countries. Now distributive channel want to replace brand owner to dominate the supply chain. According to data from market, 80-90% of American consumers buy from Wal-Mart, target etc. 50% of all sale of brand number one and two are recorded by these biggies channels. These biggies have now started copying these manufacturer products. Given the advantage of 10-15% saving in advertising, 5% in sales force and 5% in R&D, these distributive channels are cutting the brand owner throat by reducing the prices at rock bottom. Wal-Mart knows how to discount lowest and still be profitable to thwart any competition. Marketers at these distributive channels know very well that brands are pass. Only customer experience and access to the product matters, as Jagdish Seths 4 As defines. Products brand owners need to understand the fact. It is market and distributive channels century. Teaching - What Is It

April 11th, 2008 by elianoraosterhout

By Sharon White What do we assume under word teach? Teaching is the activity of causing students to learn something. If we defineteaching as transferring knowledge, excellence in teaching isexcellent dissemination of knowledge. The quality of teaching willthen depend on the quality of the knowledge transmitted, and the wayit is transmitted through syllabus design, readings, handouts, andlectures. Most of the cases in our society in teaching are based ontransferring the knowledge only. Defining teaching as facilitatelearning it implies that while considerations of knowledge transferare no doubt important. They are valuable only in relation to thequality of learning that they trigger. If the teaching activities donot result in learning, there has been no teaching. Likewise, if thelearning is lacking in quality, the teaching is unsuccessful to someextent. Finally, there are modes other than that of knowledge transferwhich can play a more effective role in the triggering of learning.Hence, an excellent teacher needs to go beyond excellent lecturing orexcellent knowledge dissemination. So it is obvious that an effectiveteacher must have multiple roles in the teaching profession. Thispaper outlines the multiple roles of a teacher and how well it can beimplemented, (using a 2 questioner, in appendix 1, I have assessed thedifficulties and roles) the shortcomings and solutions of theseproblems. Multiple roles of teacher According to the two interviews I had with the two teachers, I foundthat some of the teachers are finding it difficult to deal with girls. One teacher has said that it is difficult to understand the feelingsand behavior of girls. Others find no difference in dealing withdifferent sex of the students. A teacher has reveled that there aresome differences between boys and girls, like concentration to thelesson while the other finds no difference in it. Both the teachers I have interviewed have agreed that there is nodifference in the abilities of the students of different sex, but theyagreed there are students of different abilities irrelevant to the sexand they have found some ways to help the weaker students. Both theteachers also agreed that there are differences between the studentsof different social background and others and they said that socialand family background of the students are very important and itinfluences the student. School culture and administration, according to one teacher, helps andgive moral support to the teachers to teach their best. The otherteacher doesnt find any importance of dealing with theadministration. Commonly both the teachers have said that there is noimportance of dealing with the community. This is one of the aspectsthat show the teachers are lacking some of the important roles withthe community. It could be the relationship between the parents orwithin the school staffs. At various times I have heard the role of a teacher likened to one ofthe following: planner, executive, manager, care-giver, psychologist, counselor, instructor, advisor, communicator, motivator, andadministrator. But the basic role of a teacher is to teach, and thisinvolves the facilitation of learning and learning skills. In oursociety teachers do teach in their own specialized field, with theirway of teaching. But being a teacher there are some important rolesand responsibilities he/she should look and concentrate on it, whichapart of traditional way of teaching. The teachers in our schools arenot that much aware of the multiple roles they may have to follow orthey have some constrains to follow or to make these roles. In most ofthe cases teachers do self analysis and try to improve their teachingyear by year, by modifying the schemes of work, guides and the lessonplans. Some of the teachers fail to maintain proper records, which isvery much essential to build the profession in the right way accordingthe roles of the teacher. This might lack the teacher to handle someof the important issues of the students and the management. An idealteacher must be very organized by keeping the necessary records. There are few teachers who thought that their main role andresponsibility is to just follow the rules and regulations of theschool and to teach the students in the prescribed hours. Obviouslythis view is different in the modern way of teaching. Most of theschools, the management will provide proper guidance and enoughmaterials to teach in an effective way. Teachers are needed just toimplement proper environment, where learning can take place. Most of the time teachers are able to take the class if they are wellprepared and the when class is normal. Certain circumstances the classmay not be normal due to various reasons. In these situations theteacher should be a good communicator and a capable councilor. If theteacher fails to have these two essential roles in a disturbingsituation definitely it will create misunderstandings and troubles inthe class and will not be able to archive the target objectives. Mostof our teachers are lacking these roles as they have alternatives likesending a student to the office. When a teacher faces a behavioralproblem, it is more effective to solve these problems personally withthe student, instead of taking it in to the school management. Ithelps to build a strong relation with the student and will develop theskill of counseling and effective and argumentative communicating ofthe teacher. Teaching is a skill which combines the roles and responsibilities withthe personal behavior. Different teachers have different personality, since some of the roles are dependent on personality. There are fewdifferences in the roles of different teachers. One teacher hasrevealed that the roles are the just the activities he does in theschool while the other teacher describes the roles of a teacher as aroles of a responsible parent. So there are quite big differences inthese roles according to these two teachers. Some teachers arethinking that the role of a teacher is fixed and limited according tothe rules and regulations of the school and they are doing just themanagement asks them to do, nothing more and nothing less. So we canconclude that there are few differences in the understanding of theroles like constructive self analyses and to be a learningfacilitator. Teachers who think that the management is a restrictionor barrier to perform the multiple roles, have the idea of controllingthe students in the traditional ways; by shouting and beating them, but those teachers who think that the management is an essential partof their teaching profession. These teachers control the students bypersuading them to the lesson. They also think that a propermanagement can improve the ways of teaching by giving constructivefeedbacks to their lessons. An ideal teacher is expected to perform various roles as thisprofession is not only based on a single character. Different rolesare different aspects that a teacher has to maintain and developthroughout the career. The most fundamental role of a teacher is toexpand self knowledge through constructive self analysis according theneeds of the developing world. This includes personal motivations, believes and values, needs and feelings, ethics, limits of personalresponsibility and the power of personal modeling. An efficientteacher must be the one who has real concern about the self analyzingroles. To teach in the modern way or to stand in the right track ofthe teaching profession, the teacher needs to be a good researcher.He/she has to know what is going on and what are the things has to bedealing with and what are the new inventions and innovations in theirfield. The new contents which might need to teach in the near futurehave to be acquired well in advance to concentrate properly. Forinstance subjects like Economics, the teachers are required to havemost recent information about the changing world economy. Teaching is a life long learning process. One of the teachers hasrevived that they are learning every day by teaching the students. This is obviously true since each student is different in behaviorand the way and of learning. Among the teachers they have differentlearning styles. Once a teacher recognizes learning style-preferences,he/she should be better able to recognize his/her students. Modern teachers are agreeing that the teacher should be a learningfacilitator. In earlier days teachers are solely depend on the view ofimparting the instructions from one head to another. But now this viewis out of date. Moreover concerning on the view of impartinginstructions, teachers should be acting as a learning facilitator.Students must be able to think their own; they should raise their ownideas and should be creative. To be a successful learning facilitatorthe teacher should be empathetic, warm and caring and a provider ofspecific, descriptive, and nonjudgmental feedback. Teachers alsoshould be positive and respectful to others, open and genuine, acapable communicator, and interested in enlarging the students ownknowledge and productively introspective. With these qualities theteacher can be an effective learning facilitator. Even though we are interested in acting as a multi role teacher thereare some constrains that the teachers are facing in the society or inthe schools. To be a researcher or to stay updated, it requires a lotof resources. But due to various reasons some schools are unable toprovide enough resources to the teachers to stay them up to date.Another major constrain, which is very common in our society, is thefamily problem of the students. Students are from broken familiesnormally creating problems in the class. Teachers are facing problemsto deal with such students as there are no one at home to support thestudent and the needs of the teacher. Teachers need proper supportfrom the parents, as one teacher describes the role of a teacher as aparent. But there are teachers who do not agree with this view as theydo not think that there is any importance of dealing with thecommunity. To develop the teaching profession teachers need the helpfrom the management. Some teachers are very skilful while the othersrequire constructive help from the management. But in some schoolsteachers do not get the co operation to the extent they expect. Teachers can overcome these constrains by making the management awareof the problems that they are facing. Definitely an effectivemanagement would have many alternative solutions for most of theproblems. In some cases the teachers are reluctant to share theirideas with the management. An efficient and confident teacher willnever hesitate to raise a question or share the ideas with anyone itmay concern. Teachers must be open and genuine in all the aspects ofteaching career and the helping profession must keep as a helpingprofession for ever.
